These are great, never used before. You don't have to use a muffin case inside and they hold their shape really well. You can fill them with ease, I use an ice-cream scoop. They look very pretty and professional. I have only marked them down one star because they do look a bit oily at the bottom after cooking. I guess you could put another one over the top once left to cool.
