Absolutely Adorable for My Baby’s Birthday!
I bought these for my baby’s first birthday, and they turned out even cuter than I expected! Instead of putting them on the kids, I used them on my baby’s dolls as part of the party decorations, and they looked absolutely adorable. They made the whole setup look extra special and everyone loved them. The colors are cute, and I liked that the set includes both cone hats and little crowns. They do require a little assembly, but it wasn’t difficult. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend them!

Very cheap, very small, very disappointed
Very cheap, very small, very disappointed. These are party hats for a child's party, assembly is difficult because the paper doesn't bend smoothly, the tabs to connect the sides are very hard to attach. The elastic chin straps have a sticky blob on a cellophane that's supposed to hold them on (I had to just give up and use scotch tape). Despite the cute patterns and colors, the product is an epic fail. I threw away the used and unused items after the party. Save yourself some time and disappointment.

Fun to make and looked cute on the stuffed animals.

Cute! Here are assembly instructions and pictures.
I love the patterns and colors of these hats. Lots of nice primary options that aren't girly (but there is some pink if that's your thing). They are kind of retro which I love. They are on the small side, especially the crowns, but I think that is deliberate. In their promo pics you can see them on an adult and how small they look. The instructions are in pictures and in Korean or Chinese. It was unclear how to thread the chin strings or get the pom poms on top (they didn't come with glue). 1. Shape them into cones and insert the die cut from outside to in. The trickiest part of this is the paper is rigid so may get a little bent when you're trying to get it into a curve. 2. To attach the pom poms without glue, push them from inside the cone and pull to the outside tip. They won't look as perfect as pictured, because to keep them secure some of the pom pom remains inside. Mine still looked cute and I didn't want to use glue/was in a hurry. (Got this tip from another review and it saved me!). 3. To secure the strings without threading them visibly around the cone from the outside, simply thread one end of the string from outside of the cone in, on each side, and tie the ends together inside the cone. See pictures if this is confusing. You should set aside maybe 30 minutes to put them all together. It could take 20 on the low end.

OK smaller than I thought
smaller than I thought and a little challenging to put together and put the pompom on top.

Worth money!
We used it for my husband’s first birthday as a father! I surprised my husband with our infant wearing the hat! We loved them!! They are good for money

Waste of money
Just awful. They might fit our grandchild's stuff animals, but way too small for any human heads. The diameter is 3.5" and height about 4.5". The assembly instructions are also ridiculous: "1. the hat you received was paved. 2. align the hat with a gentle bend. 3. match the cap of the hat to each other 4. Well loaded 5. the bottom of the hat is very beautiful. 6. prepare a tight belt 7. the elastic band to wear holes reserved and knotted to Weili 8. prepare wool ball 9. stick the ball on the rubber [what "rubber"?] and fix it to the top of the hat. 10. please enjoy the party time" There is nothing to keep the little "wool ball" on the top of the tiny hat. The design is cute--that's why we bought them. But they are not remotely functional for an actual human party.

A JOKE and NOT A FUNNY ONE!
These are the worst, cheapest, poor quality party hats I have ever purchased, worn or seen! Let's just say Dollar Tree offers better quality party hats. I started putting one together and it ripped before I finished (in two places no less). I taped it. Luaghable. The instructions will give you a chuckle because apparently the "hat you received was paved." You "match the cap of the hat to each other." Step four says "well loaded." Step 5 says "the bottom of the hat is very beautiful." It is plain white. 6 says "prepare the tight belt"-whatever that means. 7. "The elastic band to wear holes reserved and knotted to Weill." #8-"Prepare the wool ball." Ok, how to I prepare it? 9. Stick the ball on the rubber and fix it to the top of the hat." There are little sticky circles that you can barely remove from a card. When you do they are a mess and stick to your fingers and clump. I managed to get some on the "wool ball" to afix the hat, but the rest stuck to the cardboard hat. Oh yes, and the flimsy, easily ripped "party hatset" describes the "wool balls" as "Flocculus, Floccculus random color collocation. " The company does say "please enjoy the party time." I won't because of these horrible hats! Buyer beware!

Good for kids
The colors are amazing, the quality is good but it’s pretty smaller than expected.
