I need instructions to make the braid & ponytail using the accessories.

Instructions are all over the internet - especially YouTube. Just type the product name followed by the words “styling videos”.

Is this for fine hair

This can be used on any hair types. I use this on fine thin hair, curly freeze hair , thick hair.

Could I use this to do a crown braid on my toddler?

No, this tool would not be used for a "crown braid". I believe a crown braid is only made with the use of your fingers.
