This was such a fun and easy activity. We did my grandson, husband’s, and my hand! Turned out great!! I would say just make sure your positioning your hands in the middle and maybe get the family size for more room!

This is perfect to do with your partner or even give as a gift to a couple. It’s a really fun experience, and honestly super satisfying once you see the final result. I was genuinely surprised by how good the cast turned out. Definitely something I’d do again!

Absolutely loved this hand casting kit! The instructions were clear and easy to follow and the details captured in the cast are incredible. The kit was wonderful, however , it works with heat. I bought this to use with my father , who was sick at the time. He passed right before it arrived. The funeral home did try to cast just his hand alone, but because the lack of heat, it was uncessessful

Comes out really details but holding hands in a bucket for a few minutes is awkward for one person depending on how you want it to look. You really only have a couple of moments to get your hands in there and work em around to get the material everywhere and not get bubbleso or dents in your cast. Dru enough to peel if you leave it overnight but it takes like a week for all the moisture to really come out of it so you can pick the bits off without worrying about scratching it.

Pretty fail-proof! I took too long stiring and the gel started to turn white and set before we could get our hands in the bucket. We pushed our hands down as far as we could and had a good laugh as we barely were into the gel. It appeared to be a total flop, however I proceeded with the cast and it amazingly turned out! Not what I was expecting, but two hands emerge from a base that looks like sand. I added shells and it's perfect! Totally fun.

The hand casting kit was super easy to use. There's enough room in the large couples size for both my large hand and wife's average hand. It's a little messy but cleanup was easy. The mold material sets pretty quickly but as long as you follow the instructions you'll be fine. Just pay attention to the shades of pink described in the instructions. We were very impressed and surprised with the amount of detail in the finished cast. It even captured our fingerprints. It's beautiful and I know that years from now I'll be so glad we made this. And I know many years later our kids will cherish it as well. We ordered another for our kids!
