What diameter pins do these fit? Mine are .03" diameter.

These fit standard headshell and cartridge size pins. I have used these many times and never had a problem. They can also be crimped if the pin on the cartridge is extremely small. But about 98% of the time, a standard is designed for cartridges or headshells, so you should not have a concern. If the pins are to large, you can expand the pins slightly with a very small bladed screwdriver also.

Will these work with my vintage Sansui FR-3060?

Yes they are standard size (you might have to use a very small straight bladed screw driver to open them up a slight bit), but I have used these wires in over 50 turntables, head shell and cartridge combinations, so you should not have a problem.
