I’ve bought 2 of those over the last 12 months. The first one lasted about 4 months then tripped the whole property’s electric and turned off. I replaced the fuse and it continued to do the same. I complained to Amazon and got a replacement. The second has lasted 2 months and now heats up, starts to steam, then all lights flash and it switches off. Don’t waste your money, they are poorly made and will die on you shortly after purchasing. The manufacturer only offers a 30 days return policy, after that you’re left with a machine that doesn’t work and £70 out of pocket

Really easy to use, great value for money , easy to assemble. The wire is a little short. Heats up very quickly and creates lots of steam.

Really glad I bought this. I had problems with some other cheaper ones in the past. I didn't really think I needed a digital as had always had manual timers on my steamers. But it's so much quieter. No ticking!! The steam is steady and heats up quickly enough directional head is perfect.

I need help what am I doing wrong I filled the tank up with water and I'm pressing on button and its just flashing with the beep sound. Can anyone please help me.

The steamer hasn’t been working since day one, tried to contact the vendors but they take forever to reply, and their replies and helpful in the slightest, I’ve tried watching videos on YouTube of how to get it to work but no thing works. Someone’s else had posted a similar video talking about the same issues
