Great fan for indoor cycling and general air circulation
Used it every time I do indoor cycling on my bike trainer, very effective, remote is a big plus so I don't get myself cold at the start, only kicks in when needed. Also effective in circulating air around the apartment. Great value!

Pyrenees mix cool again
Great fan. Little noise, but puts the air out.

Perfect addition to the "Pain Cave" - Quiet and effective
If you need a cooling fan for your indoor trainer, this unit is hard to beat for the price. I've used it in my pain cave for six months now. Performance & Noise: The middle angle setting is ideal; it creates a comfortable curtain of air that hits exactly where you need it. Unless I am pushing heavy efforts, the first speed setting is more than adequate. The noise level is also quite good, even when running it in the basement, it isn't audible on the main floor of the house. The Remote: The remote works well strapped onto the handlebars, and you don't need to worry about having a direct line of sight to the fan. One criticism: The battery shipped with the remote is low quality and died within a few weeks. However, this was easily fixed with a battery swap and I have had no issues since."

Excellent fan for my indoor cycling setup but the remote died.
Edit: I did some digging and found the instructions to re-pair the remote to the fan. They weren’t exactly correct but I managed to get it working. Revised to 5 STARS! I have been using this fan for 4 years this month. It's used a couple times a week and is very effective. I use the lid of my laptop to deflect the air so it hits me in the body and face. I'm using a TV for Zwift so don't need to view the laptop screen. My only complaint is that after 4 years the remote function started to die and is no longer working. Tried the usual with changing the batteries but no joy. The red light comes on when I press the buttons but nothing happens with the fan. Don't know if it's the fan or the remote. The fan had been slow to start when starting by remote. Fan still works but is no longer as convenient since I need to get off the bike to change the speeds.

Remote Battery was dead, repeat issue, read the reviews, buyer beware
**Update** After replacing the batteries, the remote does work. This fan would be great if they fixed the battery issue. Still a 4-Star product because of having to purchase separate batteries and disassemble the remote completely. This fan packs a punch in a small form factor. I purchased it specifically for my indoor biking setup because it has a remote control. It is one of very few that have a remote that can move enough air to keep cool in a hard cycling session. 1. Fan - moves a LOT of air. Low will probably be the highest setting needed for my purpose of indoor cycling. The cord is sufficiently long that it reaches where I need it to. It's form factor is smaller than I was expecting which was a surprise. It moves a lot of air for how small it is. It's a fan, it makes noise, but it isn't like a hair dryer loud. It's an acceptable level of noise for how much force it produces. 2. Remote - awful. The battery is a L828 12V 27A battery (semi "standard" garage door opener battery). As you can see from the picture, my battery was dead, at ~6.XV instead of 12V. It barely could light up the status LED in the remote when I first opened the box, so I knew I had fallen prey to the terrible design of this remote. There's no pull-tab to separate the battery from the terminals inside the remote, so however long that battery has been sitting in the remote since it was built until today it has just been "live" and draining the battery. Accessing and replacing the battery requires you to disassemble the remote (see the photo). It isn't difficult for anyone that is modestly handy, it is just three small Phillips head screws. You'll need a small screwdriver due to the size. With the battery at 6V (vice 12V) it wouldn't power the emitter to talk to the fan itself. I haven't been able to test the functionality of the remote use of this fan as I am still waiting on batteries to arrive. Customer service would NOT assist me with this issue. My options were 1) return the entire product for a refund or 2) return the entire product for a replacement. Given the number of reviews which have had this issue with the battery, I did not want to return the whole unit only to receive a replacement which exhibits the exact same issue. So I purchased the batteries independently. I'm crossing my fingers that this fixes the non-working remote as having the remote feature was the entire reason I purchased this particular fan. So 4 stars for the fan (amount of air it moves, size, noise) but minus one star for the faulty battery.

BABY HURRICANE
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS FAN! THE WIND FORCE IS TOP NOTCH AND THE CONVENIENCE OF THE REMOTE MAKES IT EVEN BETTER. I'VE BOUGHT 3 AND THEY DEFINITELY HELP WITH COOLING DOWN THE ROOMS THEY'RE PLACED IN. TEXAS HEAT CAN'T BE BEAT UNLESS YOU HAVE THIS BABY HURRICANE!

Excellent fan for indoor cycling, training, zwift riding!
Outstanding fan!!! To clarify, I purchased for the purpose of indoor cycle training. Honestly exceeded my expectation. First time trying it this morning. Easy setup. Attached the remote control to my handle bar in a spot I could easily access but out of the way for riding. Set the fan in front of me and pointed it where it would direct air to me but not directly into my face. Started my Zwift workout with the fan on speed 1 and increased through the ride to highest speed setting 3. The fan provided great, directed airflow and was very quiet. Great value for the price. Additionally, it is relatively small, light, and easy to maneuver and/or put away. Exactly what I needed!

These are very powerful and can be linked three together
I purchased six of these and they are very well worth the money quite powerful. We linked three together on each side of our crawlspace and put switches for each of the two outlets in the garage so when the North Carolina humidity hits, we only have to flip the switches to get dampness out of our crawlspace.

I used this for my first indoor ride today and I am super impressed. The fan blows LOTS of air, even on settings 1-2 and is quieter at all 3 speeds than I was expecting. I thought the remote was a gimmick but found out after about 15minutes of riding it was an excellent addition. I was warmed up and going harder and it was pretty simple to just press #2 and voila lots more air. If you are on the fence about this, it's a great fan for indoor cyclists.

I needed a high flow fan to fit in nooks and crannies due to a large water spill in the basement. I needed to dry my hardwood underfloor by forcing air into the underfloor. I found the Vacmaster and bought one. It did so well I bought three more and left them on for a month. The daisy chain power capability was a huge win. Simple & robust power switch with speed selection. Very high cfm for its size with very targeted duct, which was exactly what I needed. It got the job done. No idea what you could do better from a design perspective. Very happy with this purchase.

For the price these were way better value and quality and more powerful than I expected. Had a water issue at home. Bough three of these instead of renting and they worked perfectly.
