Does this thing only charge iPhone 12? Can it be used with 11?

It can be used to charge any Qi-certified wireless charging device. The Qi-certified iPhones include anything from the iPhone 8 and newer. The only iPhones (currently) that use MagSafe are the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13. The magnetic feature of MagSafe will not work with the older iPhones, but the MagSafe Duo Charger will still charge those older iPhones (the magnetic feature is not a requirement for charging). Any Qi-certified wireless charging device also includes non-Apple devices, so any Android phone that is Qi-certified can also be charged with the MagSafe Duo Charger.

Will this work in 220V?

This comes with the MagSafe Duo Charger and one lightning to usb-c cable. It should work fine as long as you have a 220v compatible USB-C brick. 15w is the minimum to charge 2 devices simultaneously but 30w+ will get you the fastest charge.

Does this need a vollage adaptor for use in Switzerland?

I am bringing mine to Europe with a standard Apple power brick. The power brick is rated for 120-240 volts. The magsafe draws power from the power brick. So if Switzerland's voltage is between 120 & 240 volts your good to go. If you are American you will need an adapter to plug into wall socket.
