Relaxes and soothes after a tiring day. Makes my muscle aches and pains go away. I also notice I could scrub a lot of dead skin afterwards, more than the usual. Good product.

I enjoy Epsom salts in the bath or for a foot soak after a busy day. Also they provide a pleasant way to get magnesium by foot soaks as our feet are so porous. Helps me with restless leg syndrome and to relax if I soak my feet before bed. The scent is lovely not overwhelming.

Product had very old packaging. It expired in 2016, which is clearly mentioned on the bag. Not sure how they got so many positive reviews
