I got a small sample of this product from a dermatologist. I was amazed at how well it worked to draw moisture into my skin. I'm using it in combination with O'Keefe's Working Hands and the two products together are absolutely amazing. The difference in the skin on my hands in just the 24 hours since I received them is simply astonishing. They feel SOFT and moisturized - not just immediately after I apply it, but hours later! You don't need much - just a little bit is plenty (I use about the size of a large pea). And it absorbs immediately, without leaving my hands sticky or greasy. It leaves no fingerprints on the screens of my electronics. Granted, this isn't an inexpensive product - but it's well worth it to find a hand lotion that FINALLY works after all the money I wasted on sticky, greasy products that simply didn't! I'm a fan. Update: I've been using this product for several weeks now. Even when I've forgotten to apply it regularly, my hands have remained soft and the cracks have healed completely. I remain amazed at the dramatic improvement. I've also used it on my very dry elbows, upper arms and a patch of dry scaly skin on one shin- and all improved dramatically both immediately and stayed improved for days. I wish I could afford to use this as a body lotion all winter! I'm still a fan
