Grove Square Cider Single Serve Cups, Spiced Apple, 24 Count (Pack of 1)

Delicious! I bought for the break room at work.

Night replacement for coffee if you’d like a hot drink, but you’re not into the caffeine I don’t like the caffeinated coffee must be it in my head thing, but if I can’t drink caffeine, this is my next best shot. I would really suggest trying it.

I was looking for a "Hot Apple Cider" mix for cold mornings where we just don't have cider in the fridge. I was disappointed with most of them containing "artificial flavors," and turned off by the price of the "Lynch" packets. This K-cup version hits the mark with a price that's not too bad, and natural flavors. I have never used a Keurig and don't plan on buying one. I was not sure about how this would work, but I chanced it. Easy to open the K-Cup with a kitchen knife, and the contents are just a powdered drink mix. I poured it into a cup, and topped it off with 8oz of boiling water. After mixing it with a spoon the cider was ready. Flavor is a bit sweet, and tastes like apple pie. Not bad at all. I would like a bit of tartness; however, it's not a deal breaker. I suspect that using just a bit more water would tone down the sweetness a bit without losing much, if any, flavor.

Not as good as my favorite Alpine brand, but I love hot apple cider in the fall, and having it in a K-Cup is super convenient. The scent is pleasant, and it tastes good. A solid substitute for when I can’t find my usual brand.

I'll let it be known that I am a huge fan of spiced apple cider. It's hard to find in the grocery store sometimes, especially if it's not cold outside. I live in LA and it doesn't really give very cold out here so sometimes the cider is non-existent on the shelves. Imagine my surprise and delight to find these lovelies on Amazon! Thank you!! They are reasonably priced and about what you would expect from the coffee pods but a little more expensive. That's the only reason for the star off. Otherwise, these little pods taste amazing. I like my cider sweet so I simply add less water. They work great with my coffee maker and give a nice, strong, sweet, and delicious cup of hot cider anytime I like it. Be careful that you don't consume too many in a day because they can definitely be addictive. They're not particularly high in calories, but don't get carried away l away like I did. Lol. Overall, this product dissolves easily, is simple to use, is compatible with almost every coffee maker that uses a k-pod, has an excellent value for the money, and is readily available for purchase.

So I have a lot of fond memories from childhood... playing in the snow and coming in for some hot apple cider. The problem is that I could never remember the specific brand my mom made for us. I've tried so many different kinds in my search for moms brand, but none of them tasted as I expected. I tried packets and fresh ciders on the stove, with no luck. Well my bday was in June and my other 1/2 got me a keurig ♡♡♡ While hunting for some delicious coffee flavors I saw the apple cider kcups and that was it: I had a new goal.... find and purchase the kcup apple cider... one that had great reviews, a decent price and fast shipping... mostly though I was looking for something equally delicious to the one my mom made back in the day. Obviously we didn't have a keurig way back then, but as long as it was close in taste I'd be happy. I'm like a hot apple cider fanatic. I looked through probably 15 different versions of apple cider kcups, and read just about every single review. In the end I decided to purchase the Grove's Square Spiced Apple Cider.... holy moses it is sooo good! I'm so happy that I got this one... i will never let this stuff run out in my cubboard ever again lol Price was more than fair .. $7 and change for 24 kcups and delivery was quick.. I think it took 3 days even though it was not purchased through prime. I think it was an add-on though. As for taste... oh my goodness words just can't describe. I've made it for 6 and 8 oz cups with no noticable difference in taste. The first cup I made I thought I was going to be disappointed because it appeared light in color... lIke really light. I thought it would be watered down. It was not. The coloring is a very pale and cloudy yellow color. I'm used to seeing it a lot darker than that. But the taste is incredible. It claims "spiced apple" but didn't have that overwhelming taste of cloves that normally goes with the spiced part. In my opinion that is good news. Anyway I took a pic to post... more so you could see the coloring that I described.. not that you can judge the taste by them lol Anyway I really can't say enough about it. It's sweet, but not too sweet.. and tart, but not too tart.. and very smooth. It is in my mind the most delicious cup of hot apple cider ever.... it even beats mom's lol ..Shh don't tell :) Thumbs way way up for this one! Leaves a sweetener aftertaste. A squeeze of lemon helps.

I saw the reviews. The first brand that I tried was by Green Mountain and I loved it but they discontinued the product. I tried the Alpine brand after that. It was decent but for some reason my local store stopped carrying the kpods. So I finally tried Mott's. It was okay but I was looking for more flavor as it tasted kinda bland...kinda "blah". I decided to give this brand a try. I do agree that it's pricey but I absolutely love this! I'm just going to have to make room in my budget for this. The flavor is great. I love the tartness. It's balanced perfectly for me. I drink this year round with Celestial Seasonings tea instead of coffee. This replaces Mott's on my grocery list. Try it, I recommend this.

This is our second time purchasing these Spiced Apple Single Serve Cups. We love them. They are great especially during the cold winter months.

Taste great, although it has so much sugar

Love this on a cold winter night or rainy day. The taste is nice and not too sweet. Once or twice a year I splurge on the real deal - pasteurized cider but it's not practical as it only has a shelf life of a week or so. With this product, I can enjoy it year round when I want without the worry of it expiring quickly. It does have a slight chemical taste as do most products that are a remake of the original version, but still recommend as a treat.

I have purchased a few different brands of these k-cups and regardless of price I go for this brand. There is no weird aftertaste. Plus adults and kids like this drink.
