My Seche top coat (use the base too) isn’t too thick but it has started to completely peel off all my polish 24hrs after use.Does this help with that?

No, the purpose of Seche Restore is to thin Seche Vite top coat. Are you applying your top coat over your color coat while it’s wet? If not, that could be your problem. Unlike other top coats, Seche Vite is made to apply over a wet color coat. If you apply to a fully dry color coat, it may peel.

Can you use this with any nail polish? (Even vegan or 5 free?)

You 100% can, the polish will just no longer be 5 free because Seche Restore is not 5 free. Keep in mind that this is also the only nail polish thinner that you should use with Seche Vite so if you don't already have seche vite you should probably buy a different nail polish thinner.

Why does the description say 2oz and 0.5 oz? and which is it?? i want the 2oz btl but the description is extremely confusing....

The bottle comes in both sizes. You must choose which size you want. They are differentiated by price.

does it come with a dropper?

Yes it comes with a dropper but you have to remove the dropper in order to seal the container back up.
