Nowhere does it tell me what size staples it uses...what size?

It comes with a small pack of staples. I bought it more as a joke from the movie office space.

How do you open it to tack something on a cork board? How do you rotate the anvil?

Not right now, but in the future..yes.

Can this stapler stand upright?

The stapler op to lay flat. If wha you’re trying to staple has something behind it you can hold it and staple

How does it open up for tacking??

Opens from top by red bar Item is light ointment weight. Very easy to use. I highly recommend
