Can someone please measure these and tell me exactly how high and wide they are?

The Dr. Scholl's Foam Heel Liners typically need a smoother surface for the adhesive/tacky nature of the liners to stay adhered to the heel area of the shoe. You may wish to try using our Dr. Scholl's Duragel Blister cushions to protect your heel in those shoes. The Duragel cushions are clear and should be barely visible when applied and will provide great protection from rubbing and friction created by a loose heel.

Do these work for mens dress shoes?

Sure. If you are having an issue with rubbing at the back of your heels due to a little too much space, they can work quite nicely.
