This tongue cleaner is pretty basic. It's functional, but the plastic feels a little flimsy. It also feels a bit rough on my tongue. It works, but it's not the most comfortable experience

Just Perfect
I use the sharp side to scrub my tongue and the opposite rubbered blunt side to sweep the scrubbed tongue. It just perfectly does the job for me. I recommend it.
