V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice, 11.5 fl oz Can (24 Pack)

This stuff is so delicious despite "only" being low sodium. It's very broth like as far as satisfactory mouth feel and it really hits the spot as a cold hearty beverage. $13 for 24 cans is an absolute steal for how delicious and nutritious it is. It's only 60 calories and 9% DV of sodium, so you could have a few of these a day and not feel like you're betraying your diet. These have definitely etched themselves into my non-carbonated drink rotation from now on.

I love V8 low sodium because it provides 1200 mg of potassium for people who need to keep the potassium for good health. The product is great. It is a pantry staple. Also easy to use, refreshing, just the right size, and usually portable. However, the packing and shipping that was supposed to arrive in the morning, "same day" style delivery arrived in the evening with the box retaped. Could still see the on time/will not keep you waiting tape under the retape. The box had been dropped so the trays burst. I used to work in shipping. helpful hint: If the two trays were wrapped tight with plastic sheeting with the bottoms of the trays together it should have held. Trays like that need to be wrapped tight. But the product itself was not damaged.

I bought V8 because my doctor said I should eat more vegetables. This feels like finding a loophole in the system. One can contains a bunch of vegetables that I definitely wasn't going to eat individually. It tastes surprisingly good, is easy to grab on the go, and lets me feel slightly more responsible while still making questionable life choices everywhere else. Is it the same as eating a fresh salad? Probably not. But unlike a salad, V8 has never turned into a sad science experiment in my refrigerator drawer. Solid taste, convenient, and a great way to drink vegetables without having to make eye contact with broccoli.

Low sodium decent taste

I like these, but the low sodium amount is still pretty high. They do make the smaller v8 cans in low sodium. I generally feel better with v8 to help supplement my vegetable intake, but its an expensive option.

Great healthy drink!!!

A very unique, affordable beverage that's almost 100 years-old. I'm basically addicted to drinking low sodium tomato & vegetable soup (keep a 6 pack of full-salt around as a treat). I love it cold, room temperature, or even hot. It mixes with other flavors and spices wonderfully. Give it hot sauce, or horse radish, pepper, lemon, lime, turmeric, or maybe even a little butter. Or dose it with gin or vodka (it's an exceptional mixer). Pairs great with all kinds of stuff, like smoking and exercising. To me it seems like a drink that people forget about, even after their taste buds become better suited for it.
