I grind milk thistle seed in a coffee grinder and add it with a few tastier herbs like peppermint in a big steel pot and once it is cooled I drink it like water, so I get so much more value stretching it out this way, as it lasts a lot longer and your skin and body will love you for it, supposed to be very good for your liver and regenerates liver cells, knowing what the liver puts up with throwing off toxins all the time, dirty job it has, good to give it a nice bath, heh? Great stuff for me, cleared up zits, the adult acne kind, so it has proved itself.
