This spice mix is SO AMAZING. It is the perfect blend of savory, salty, and herby. I used it to season scallops before searing them. I was blown away. Then I used it to season shrimp ... it works every time with perfection. Now I use it for everything. I went through the small bottle in about 7 days, so I've moved on to the large bottle (at an awesome price, I'll add). I would never want to be without this seasoning, ever, from this point on.
