How would these look on a 20"*4" fat tire?

What sizes of seat post do these clamp to?

They come with a few different shimmies so will fit any size, mine are on road bike, but the inserts allow for seat post size

Will it fit in 27.5 inch wheel?

Yes, fits on seat post. I have 29” wheel and fits no bother so should fit anything g smaller
