Solid piece of kit that clearly does what the marketing says!
Bought this for my son a few weeks back and actually started using it myself! It will definitely build your grip strength and forearms as advertised. 🥵 Build quality wise its clear its top notch from the second you open it. On its own it must weigh like 2 or 3 kg and generally feels well put together. Instructions are pretty straight forward, it has 10 settings 1 being the easiest and 10 being "you must have incredible strength to twist it". Adjusting it takes seconds and is literally a little blue dial one one end and clicks into each setting. A minute or two of this daily is already having a massive difference to my strength, my son is spending more time on it as part of his routine. One thing i would say is the grip is quite course - likely so you'll be able to twist the thing if you're strong enough to have it on the higher settings. It does come with a sticker on it explicitly saying they recommend having gloves to use this which is pretty much spot on. Added a few pics of the case, the instructions that come with and the actual wringer. Perhaps not the cheapest bit of gym equipment you can buy but having spent the money on it and felt the results its clear you get what you pay for. This thing will improve your grip and forearms and is clearly built to last.

Built to last!
I was on the fence about buying this for months but very glad I did. The size, weight, and quality of this piece of kit does, it happens, totally justify the hefty price tag! Much larger than I imagined. Mine also came in a smart zippable case which was a surprise. I also got two slightly random “wringer” stickers! Have used it a few times on a medium setting and can feel that it’s working already. I am choosing to use gloves I seldom write reviews but this is a great, high quality piece of kit that will stand the test of time. Very happy with it and kudos to the manufacturers. One thing I will say is that it’s very “hefty” which is good, but thus not so suitable as a travel fitness item.

It works!
I had the original Wringer with the rubber handles, must be about 7 years ago or more. After about 5 years it developed a fault where it jammed. I emailed the company thinking I would have to pay to replace a part or something. The company said there was a known fault with some of the originals and they'd send me a new model. You just can't beat customer service like that. So when this new aluminium model appeared I vowed I'd buy it as soon as I got the money together. This new model (and the old model for that matter) really work. You feel the burn in your forearms and see them get bigger and more defined over the weeks. The build quality is amazing. Solid aluminium and fantastic design. All parts replaceable. Can't go wrong.

Great Item from a great seller
This item is extremely useful and will last a lifetime as spare parts are all easily available and inexpensive. Sometimes there isn't the equipment in gyms to specifically target the forearms so this is a godsend. If at some point you feel the resistance isn't high enough for you due to wear or other factors, even though you have it set to a high number, you can simply try the following: 1. Loosen the tiny screw on the end that holds the pointer in place using the Allen key provided in the case. 2. Adjust the pointer so it points at a slightly lower number. 3. Gently tighten the tiny screw again. The dial and pointer are only there as a reference so you can see if you're using it at the same resistance level from one day to the next. Over a long time the washers can wear down which results in the end dial/pointer getting out of alignment. Doing the above steps allows you to recalibrate it. A great product and a seller that is there to help if you need it.

Pricey and good but use with gloves
It's good for developing forearm muscles, it does the job. Cons are you can't use without gloves because of knurled surface, you can be a gym regular but that doesn't matter for your palms. Still thinking it's overpriced. Last thing is number dial is unreliable because of dial thing moves with your twist movements and change place.

Good but with a downside.
Very well built piece of kit. The only downside is even though I haven’t done weights for a long time this is quite easy even on the highest setting so takes some time to get a burn.

Excellent For Forearm Development
Is well made, solid build with ample resistance. I have only been using for a few days and am on level 5 out of 11 possible levels of resistance. At level 5 is starting to get difficult so there is plenty of scope for further improvement. I bought the more expensive pro version which is made of aluminium and should last a lifetime. Is easy to use, comes with clear instructions. It is recommended to wear gloves, however my feeling is that gloves are not really necessary as they are not that rough on the hands.

A Unique, Premium, Serious Exercise Tool!
This is an outstanding product! I had my eye on the Wringer black for a while. When I went to buy I saw it was out of stock and noticed this new variant at a higher price tag. I thought I'd go for it and not disappointed! Being metal, with the dial and such, it comes across as a serious tool on my desk. It is unique in that way, I can use it while sitting at a computer; unlike weights etc. so I keep it close to hand. I notice a serious good burn in wrists and forearms puff arm after even a causal session. With these being usually difficult-to-work areas. The Wringer primarily works the forearms and wrists very hard, but also surprisingly a decent workout for the biceps/triceps too. I believe I can even feel as far away as the shoulders and upper back muscles working the Wringer somewhat too! Only worry is it being metal the potential for rust after prolonged use as is so often the case with weight bars. It came with a sticker recommending gloves (perhaps for that reason) but realistically I’m not going to faff with gloves. Though overall I’ve not doubt of its durability. It is very heavy and robust feeling. And all parts replaceable. Quite remarkable! 10/10
