Is this actually from isclinical itself? reps who work for the company tell me they only sell internally to skin clinics. is this licensed properly?

I couldnt tell you 100% that it is or isnt. I do know that the price of $40 is the same as through other companies online. I have purchased this and have loved it. If its not the "real deal" then I wouldnt know it. My skin has improved for sure!

Is it to be wiped off or rinsed off. The directions do not specify?

Hi, Moisten face and neck with water. Apply a small amount of Cleansing Complex to moistened hands. Rub hands together and massage cleanser over face and neck. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Hi!  This product appears to be for face, but the photo shows that's it's the "Body Complex."  Can you please confirm that this is the Face Wash?

Good catch! The photo does not match the product description. I purchased from this seller/description and it was indeed the CLEANSING COMPLEX, which is the face wash. This photo is of the Body Complex which I believe to be a body moisturizer. They are two different things entirely.
