Good controller for the price
Update I was able to talk to customer support and was able to get a replacement controller. This one works now and have no problem playing games. For people who are not used to the switch or x box controller this is one of the better controller out there. Works great for games like genshin impact. Only complaint I wish there was a case to protect it.

Great value, responsive company
I bought this controller because my XB1 controllers keep breaking. I needed something that would work with my phone and my Chromebook I got half of what I wanted. The controller works very well with the phone, and pairs nice. I have a Pixel 4a and it set up with no problem. I haven't used it for many Android apps, mainly Xbox GamePass. For Gamepass games it is important to understand that this lacks some precision. The thumbstick is very loose, and does not provide precise controls. I have had the best luck with games like Dragon Quest 11. Trying to play a game like Dead Cells is very difficult as it doesn't always give you exact movement controls. My son tried it on his phone and struggled to play Roblox as it kept losing connection to the controller, so he just used his XB1 controller. This may be something that can be adjusted in the app settings, but I will get to that.I primarily planned to use this for my Chromebook, but unfortunately, while it pairs it will not actually work. Gamespass continues to look for a controller, and playing games from the Android Play store doesn't work either. I tried several games with no luck.I contacted the company and they were VERY understanding and showed interest and concern. They have been very helpful in guiding me to get the app (didn't work on Chromebook again), but it's fine on the phone. The company has responded several times and is looking into the issue. They even said they were going to buy a Chromebook to try to figure it out! This is amazing, and I really appreciate them. They are in Korea (I am USA), so sometimes the responses come in at times I cannot immediately respond to, but they are definitely trying. This is probably not going to replace a major console (XB1, PS, Stadia) controller for anyone, but it is a good stand-in, especially for the price. The clip holds the phone very securely and provides multiple viewing angles. The controller itself feels ergonomically great, and the d-pad is awesome. All the buttons have a nice solid feel and an audible, though not annoying, click to them. It holds a charge well - I only charge every couple of days and can easily play nearly an hour at a time when I use it, so no battery complaints at all. It charges quickly via USB-C when I do need to charge it,Don't pass this by, I think it's definitely worth trying out.

IT DOESN'T WORK !!
I specifically bought this for COD mobile. It connects to my phone but it doesn't connect to the game and I tried all sorts of way to connect it. You tube multiple times have someone else connect it to avoid user error etc.... the controller itself have a good feel to it but it's useless. Will be returning product.

Great apple arcade controller for iPhone/iPad and TVOS
This controller is excellent for Apple Arcade, either on iOS/iPadOS or TVOS. It's a standard bluetooth controller that will work on Android or Windows, but that's pretty much the case for all BT controllers. Being able to work on Apple hardware is a lot more rare for controllers. Xbox one and PS4 Dualshock 4 controllers also work on iPhone and iPad, as of iOS 13 and the introduction of the Apple Arcade service. But those controllers still cost $60-$70 if you buy them new. This on is priced at $10 less and it works really well. 3rd party PS4 controllers always seem to have terrible joysticks, sooner or later it becomes a problem. The joysticks on this Shaks brand controller are perfect. I've been playing on all the Apple OSes, and this controller has zero issues with any kind of false inputs or drifting. It has an integrated phone clip to hold a smartphone, it's really sturdy and doesn't feel like it will snap off or have any problems. The Dpad feels good and has an alternate keycap that you can easily swap out if you want. The build quality of this whole product is solid and premium feeling. It uses USB C and goog quality cable is included for charging or for using it in wired mode. As far as I can tell, this is the way it's intended for "low latency, cloud gaming mode". I know it uses a qualcomm chip inside, but I don't know if that means there is anything on board besides a Qualcomm bluetooth chip, just like you would find in a normal pair of true wireless earbuds or if there is actually some kind of true low latency tech going on here. The controllers used by Luna and Stadia are actually Wifi connected, which is how they combat the problem, because the controller itself is connected to the same server that is running the game that is being streamed to the end user. It is a class 2 bluetooth device. They rated it as having 14ms latency response. Any more info on all of that is hard to find, either on Amazon or their website. There is also a remapping app for Android but not iOS.Pairing to a new device is easy, you just hold start and select. If you want to switch to windows or Android, there is some key combos to put it into each respective mode (the directions mention what the combo is and there are lights on the controller to confirm that you're in the right mode). I think this is an excellent iOS controller or bluetooth controller in general. I'm a little skeptical on the low latency capabilites of this controller and would recommend going with the first party options available from Amazon and Google(for Luna and Stadia). I don't know if Nvidia sells a controller for Gforce Now.Update: The Qualcomm chipset being used here is CSRB5342
