Very Nice!
These work perfectly. We use them to run a second headset for training purposes. Great audio quality.

It was a low cost alternative for me
It works as expected. When i connect head set and headphone set it works fine. It was a low cost alternative for me to use with land line

Works as described!
Needed this splitter for work, to use wiath a set of noise canceling headsets (MMX 300). Works fantastic and separates the the phone signal into two distinct microphone and headset signals.

Great for training
Bought this in hopes that it will connect two handsets together for training purposes. It worked just as I was hoping for. It splits the handset cable so that two can be used at the same time for training purposes. One handset will be used as normal while the other just lays on the desk.

Good but not the "training" version
These are good simple Y-Adapters allowing you to plug in 2 regular handsets into one jack. Although these are listed as "Training", the 2 I ordered were not (training versions should make one handset only able to listen so customers on the other end won't hear the trainer coaching the CSR during the call)...instead both sides allow listening & talking. This isn't a big issue as we just cover the mouthpiece while using them when training CSRs at our small call center.

Worked for a month then the microphone died
Was working great to split between two headsets. Suddenly I could only hear the person on the other end and they could not hear me. Both Headsets same problem. I disconnect this splitter and they can hear me again. Don't waste your money on this junk.

Doesn't quite fit
The connector is slightly larget than a standard handset plug. It loses connection if not held tightly in place with tape on my desk.

Just an Okay Item
The item is tolerable if you simply must have an adapter, but the one I received has lots of noise ... not really static or an echo, but a rushing sound in it. Though it says it has no mute switch, the one I received has that mute button...so not really certain I received the correct item. I'm keeping it as a standby for the just in case moment when another adapter might fail and I need it in a pinch...but honestly, the $5.99 one works perfectly better. Purchased for 2 of us in the home doing side by side webinar for work at home. Simply hooked the Plantronics S11 headset base into phone, this adapter into that one base, and the two headsets into the adapter....with the adapter, you won't need both S11 headset bases for two to hear and speak on the phone.
