I love that this one tool replaces four different strainers in my kitchen. The exchangeable mesh inserts are very easy to swap out and they sit securely in the frame without wobbling. I’ve used the fine mesh for flour and the coarser ones for straining stocks, and both work perfectly. It feels like a professional-grade tool that will last a long time. Definitely worth the investment!

Great variety of sieves and goid quality.
Excellent product. I have used it to sift wholemeal flour and making jam Using the finest sieve gave me about 85% of the grain, leaving out the larger husk bits. Makes a very nice healthy loaf. For blackberry jam I used a larger sieve to strain out the pips. Worked a treat. The sieves are very sturdy and easy to replace and clean. I am very pleased with this product.
