The material is comfortable. It is a little small but if your b are not too big it is perfect 👌

Bbl Pillow for Post Opp Surgery
This BBL pillow does exactly what it’s meant to do. The design keeps pressure off the buttocks and provides good support for sitting during post-op recovery, driving, or working at a desk. The foam is firm enough to hold its shape without feeling too hard. The cover is soft, removable, and washable, which is a big plus for hygiene during recovery.

Good for the price, but better for smaller frames
Overall, this BBL pillow is not bad at all for the price point. I love that you can fold it in half which makes it super convenient for different seating situations. The only con for me personally is that it loses its firmness if you have a bigger BBL/curvier body. I kind of felt like I was sinking into it after a while. If you’re around the 30–40 inch hip/bust range, I think it would hold up just fine. But if you’re thicker like me, just keep in mind you might want something a little more heavy-duty. Still, it definitely gets the job done and was worth it for what I paid.

Perfect for car and work
I like that this bbl pillow isn't as tall as the others. I like that it's foldable too. I use this one for the car and for work.

It’is comfortable everyone can use it
I'm so glad I got this BBL sitting pillow! After my surgery, sitting was a nightmare, but this pillow has been a lifesaver. The design is genius - it takes pressure off my lower back and bum, allowing me to sit comfortably for the first time in weeks. The material is soft and breathable, and the cover is removable for easy washing. I've been using it nonstop and can't recommend it enough to anyone recovering from BBL or similar surgeries.

The best one to use after the surgery

Way too small for a bbl pillow. If you are trying to avoid sitting on your bum this will not do the job in my opinion.
