Is this a verified actual 'doterra' product?  I was told that doterra says it does not ever have 3rd party sellers.

They don't have 3rd party sellers. There are certain wellness advocates that sell retail though. They are not authorized to sell on amazon though.

Is this a pure oil blend or does it have fractionated coconut oil too, like some of the doTerra blends?

This is a pure blend, but as with many oils, you can dilute it with coconut oil!

Does this product come with any additional information? Where and when to use? I have been using the Lavender on big toe and thumbs.

I have a Modern Essentials book that suggests topical application under the nose, and to the back, feet and back of neck.  Apply to navel, feet or back of neck for insomnia...or put it in your bath water.  This book also suggests that it can be worn as a perfume or cologne.   Diffuse or inhale the aroma directly.  This oil is used primarily for ADD/ADHD, Addictions, Anger, Anxiety, Calming, Hyperactivity, Insomnia, Itching, Mental Fatigue, Mood Swings, as a Secative, for Sleep, Stress, Teeth Grinding, and Tension. How is serenity oil compared to lavender oil for sleep purpose? i will be using the oil in diffuser. i have used lavender and found it to be good.

I would say this blend works even better than lavender alone. It strikes perfect balance between lavender, vanilla, etc. The lavender definitely comes through first, but without the sharpness. Vanilla and Ylang-ylang, et al, really soften the scent. Its extremely well-balanced, and amazing how balanced it makes me and my family feel. My dogs even like it...I start their diffuser when they wake us up at dawn & they curl back up like hypnotized bears to sleep an extra hour after the sun comes up. Anything that works that well on these wild beasts, would probably have similar effects on children. This is the one blend we can't live without. Straight lavender is great but this is way better. I also keep a small spray-bottle with me at all times..just spring water and aprox 10-15 drops serenity (or straight lavender) for a 4oz bottle. Anytime I, my fiancee, or these animals, start feeling angsty, we all get a little squirt into our air. He's a total skeptic, and hates straight lavender, but this one he can tolerate, and it quickly charms him, although he won't admit that. :)  #betterthandruggingyourmate  (sorry, couldn't help myself.
