I am learning astrology and out of the many books I'm looking at and reading, I have found this book to one of the better ones for a semi-beginner. The presentation of the material is easy to read but better than that it is simple to grasp. Since astrology is such a deep subject with greater knowledge it is important to find the right tools to learn from. I really liked this book, I feel it really has helped me learning this subject, of course its not the end-all of astrology because astrology is so vast, but its a great refresher or beginning, the author knows how to spell also, some books out there even lack proper spelling in their work. I believe this is a great book for one's private library collection. Some of the astrology books out there are just window dressing with little information to help one learn about astrology so I am thankful to this writer and the presentation of this book. Lots of info, a good book that doesn’t get super deep, but it covers a good amount of topics.

I bought this book and the astronomy 101, and i will definitely buy the others. This book is great for beginners a d those who just want a refresher. So far this is the best book about astrology when it comes to covering birth charts. Many books about astrology have some wrong information but everything in this book seems to be right and very general.

This helped break a lot down from basics to intermediate level stuff! I will definitely be going back to this for reference!

Kindle version has several images that don't match text. I have other books to reference so that's good for me. This is a good book, well written and easy to understand but there really shouldn't be mismatched images. I didn't go searching all images to see if the correct images are elsewhere in the book. I just know that the image being referred to in the text does not match what the text is conveying.

This book is very useful. I enjoyed the things it added about Astrology that most books are lacking. Def recommend it.

As a part of the description, it is definitely a crash course. I still use this book to help me do the research that I need to do and to revise my own research when and if need be.
