Das ganze ca 20-30 Minuten vor dem Beginn des Workouts.1 Scoop: Keinerlei Wirkung2 Scoops: Keinerlei Wirkung3 Scoops: Beim Warmup leichtes Kribbeln, jedoch ist dies schnell verflogen. Kein verstärkter Fokus und Pump. Auch keine Kraftsteigerung.Geschmack: Sehr gut!! Wirklich lecker.
