How do you clean it? Do you run it under water with shampoo and massage the bristles? I've done that before and ruined by brush

I wouldn't get the wood wet. Putting some water in a shallow pan to just reach the bristles with a gentle soap occasionally should clean the brush. Only wash when absolutely necessary. If used on clean hair, it shouldn't be necessary very often.

What are the actual dimensions of this product. Site says travel size, but 8.3 x 3.8 x 1.8 inches is not travel size?

Is this the mg3 brush or the mc4? the picture with description has it as the mg3 but the actual description once scrolling down labels it as the mc4.

The brush i received looks like the one pictured, but the label on the package is for the mc4. Interesting. I’ll have to look into it.
