What is the difference between this product purilens plus and the purilens plus saline that costs $15 more?

I buy this directly from Purilens.com for $34.95 plus $8 shipping = $42.95

Is this good as just a rinse in the morning after i use clear care at night to disinfect? i wear gas permeable lenses (i have keratoconus)

I have Kerataconus and use hard scleral lens. I use this solution along with the Purilens plus ultrasonic cleaner and it does a nice job of hand-free cleaning. This system both disinfects and clean the lens. so it's convenient. In the morning I place fresh drops of the purilens solution in the scleral lens before inserting in the eye. I get about 2 weeks out of each bottle. However when I travel I use hydrogen peroxide cleaning, so I don't have to bring my sonic cleaner with me. The ClearCare with hydraglide system burns my eyes, but other hydrogen peroxide systems work great, and I just fill my scleral lens with the neutralized H202 solution, since that is preservative-free and comfortable in my eyes, even after 18 hours of wear. For you, you could use this as a rinse, and to fill the scleral cups, but keep in mind these bottles only last about 15 days after opening, so you probably won't get to use it all.

Is this 12 pak a saline only or a cleaning system. I wear daily disposables so i just need preservative free saline

It's just Saline. I use monthly disposables and store them in a cleaning solution. I use this to rinse and add a couple drops to each lense when I put in my contacts. very comfortable for my very sensitive eyes. My old saline (Unisol 4) was discontinued but this is like a direct replacement

Wondering if i can use this product with scleral lenses? wondering if there is a big difference between this product and lacri pure?

I don’t know about lacri pure. I’ve used this product for 15 years with sclera and Toric lenses without issue.

Best contact lens solution

Before 2015, I used to order unisol online or buy it directly in the USA for 5 yesrs (since 2010) as it did not get sold anywhere. When the manufacturers stopped producing unisol, Purilens came out as a savior from Washington and New York. Years ago, I visited purilens lab located in a basement in Manhattan, NYC. Great work and team. I have seen throughout these years that Purilens is by far the best replacing solution for unisol; it is the only solution that is soft and healthy to my eyes. I noticed that it sometimes help soothe my allergic red eye when I apply purilens directly into my eyes so arguably i can also be used as a replacement of eyedrops lol. That’s because it’s neutral alkaline - not the typical commercial lens disinfectant solution. The price in the US is v good and I understand why it’s so expensive ordering it online because of it is not sold in pharmacies.
