Dependable
Wonderful little lighter. Use it primarily to light my zippo hand warmer set during the cold winter months. Has never let me down. Really like the clear window at the bottom to check the fuel. Also, the gas valve at the bottom has its own knob. No need for any tool. I keep mine on full blast though and never adjust it. Use it more than my other lighters bc it’s more convenient to use and is super light bc it’s made of plastic. It seems pretty durable, but I wouldn’t recommend dropping it on concrete.

This is a great lighter
I ordered 2 of these then I saw saw these horrible reviews so I complained and asked to return . Well they refunded me for 1 and so kept the other one. My BFF came over today and she smoked so we pulled one out filled it up and wow this thing works great! So I got the other one filled it up and when somebody comes over they smoke they’re going to get it for free but they’re awesome I don’t know what these people were complaining about both both of mine were perfect!

Does not work.
We've followed all directions and this things still won't work. It's hard to light and when it does light it goes out within 5 seconds. And the help line is of no help, can't contact manufacturer and Amazon won't help either. Sorry I bought this piece of crap. Save your money and go to the smoke shop to get a lighter.

Pretty good
Purchased two. One will start first try every time. The second is hit or miss no matter how much adjusting is done.

Quit working yesterday
Purchased just short of 3 years ago, just quit working yesterday. Up until then, it was great, easy to light, easy to fill, easy to adjust, and a nice size. But now, nothing. Just wish it would have lasted longer.

Ok….. I don’t leave any negative feedback but I had recently purchased two of the lighters and both do not work. I have a spark on both but no flame. Can anyone help? Thank you.
