This hammock is awesome! It's super comfortable, and very roomy! I'm really excited to use it more! The colors are awesome, and it feels very sturdy! Feels totally comfortable with 2 people in it. Definitely worth the price. Plus Bear Butt is an awesome company! I love the attitude of the company, and they have a great sense of humor. I follow Michael on snapchat and he's really a great guy! I love seeing what the company is doing, and how personal the people at Bear Butt are! As soon as I get the money I will be getting the tree straps to go with it! ** Be weary of the ropes!! I don't like using ropes for my hammock at all, but as a poor teenager I can't afford tree straps. The first time I used the Hammock I tied the ropes and hung it up. This probably wasn't a great idea, but me and my friend got into it. We were cautious, but then as soon as we got comfortable we were on the ground. One of the ropes had snapped. THey are somewhat brittle. I may have gotten a bad batch, but be cautious. ** I know this was a stupid idea ** Bottom line: Get this Bear Butt hammock, and the Bear Butt tree straps to go with it! Tree straps are totally worth it. Overall it's a great price for a great hammock! As well as a great company to support!

Love my bear butt hammie! It just came yesterday and as an eno hammock owner as well as a dream hammock owner this one is by far my favorite. It's not the lightest on the market but for the price you get one heck of a hammock thank you guys so much for my beautiful pink and black Hammie I love it!

I have to say, this is a solid hammock. I originally bought this to accompany me on long hikes, and it has definitely delivered. Initially when I received this hammock, I was skeptical of this hammock's weight endurance capacity, after all the hammock is about as heavy as my rain jacket. Opening it up, its easy to see the quality of the material is fantastic, triple stitched, heavy duty material. Taking this on my first trip and comparing it to my friend's double ENO hammock, and another friend's single Himal Hammock , it was clear mine won in the quality category. That day, My friend's Stuff sack for her ENO ripped across the stitching, and the rope to the Himal frayed quite a bit. Mine was completely fine.The stuff sack is the only thing that I'm somewhat worried about, it looks like the stitching could at some point rip, maybe they should have triple stitched the stuff sack as well. Overall, Grade A+ quality so far. Hanging the hammock with the ropes is relatively easy, ten feet of rope is enough to tie a bowline around the tree and a double figure eight at the end, which is what I would recommend.It takes me about 4-5 minutes to hang my hammock, while my friend who has tree straps can hang theirs in about 45 seconds, which is a compelling reason to also get the Bear Butt Tree Straps as well. Plus, as many people are unaware of, ropes can hurt trees, so you also have to wrap towels around the tree if you want to hang ropes around them, another reason to get a good pair of tree straps. Now, what about the comfort? The size of this double hammock is pretty big, I have fit three (midsize) people in it without any worry about the structural integrity of the hammock.Very spacious, very comfortable. I can lay it in, stretched out, width wise with ample space, and two people can occupy it lengthwise without feeling like a can of sardines. Also I have noticed many people are saying it isn't as comfortable because it "cocoons" you, but if the sides go up when you sit in it, that means you strung the hammock to tight! loosen it! Comfort A++++. Cons: The only cons for this product is that the stuff sack is seems like it could split easily, and with the hammock barely fitting into the sack I could see it tearing in the future. Also, maybe more color options, I'd love a lime green one. This is a superior hammock, Look at all the five star reviews saying how great this hammock is and how great the customer service is. This is a rare find these days indeed, Buy this hammock!!! I was NOT paid to give this a review, I just REALLY like this hammock!
