This is a great pain relief product especially for arthritic pain. It really works well, will buy again.

I got these pain pads for my elderly dad when he fell. They worked wonders for him. Now I get them for me when I strain my back gardening. The pads will eventually loosen and fall off, and may not stick as well if there's lots of lotion on the skin.
