I usually buy a Canadian brand but it was out of stock so I looked for another one. I chose this one from Leven Rose. I don't regret trying it, if it was Canadian I would buy it again and again. The rose water is of great quality (with great gentle scent), there are no added ingredients, which is an excellent sign of a good floral water, and I like that it comes in an amber glass bottle. My usual rose water comes in a plastic amber bottle, unfortunately 😒, but it's Canadian! It does everything it should for the skin: hydrating, calming and giving ph of a healthy skin. Tip for floral water: always keep it in the fridge otherwise it will deteriorate fast. I totally recommend. I love using rose water as a quick and effective toner after cleansing. One of the best toners for all skin types in my opinion but especially for mature skin. I spray it on generously and tap lightly or press with my hands to help absorption of product. I also spray rose water (or aloe vera juice) lightly over my skin before applying a hyaluronic acid serum since it needs water to bind itself to, otherwise it will have to reach for moisture in your skin depleting it from needed hydration. Always have at least damp skin before putting on hyaluronic acid of any molecular weight. Trust me on this, you will see a difference in your skin!

This is going to be long! What an absolutely gorgeous product! If you're a lover of all things roses, you can't go wrong with this. The scent is distinctly rosey without being overwhelming, it's sweet and subtle - I have no doubt that this 100% pure rosewater. It smells exactly like a crushed rose petal in your hand would smell. It's so soothing and nourishing on my face and it's been hard for me to resist spraying on me all day! If you live in a dry place, or work in a dry office (especially now during fall/winter season) this has to be in your beauty arsenal. Rosewater has a beautiful way of not only hydrating the skin, but also toning it. If you have dry skin and need a boost, or have oily skin and need some freshening up, it would work equally as well - its gentle but powerful. If you're like me and you wear mineral makeup, try this as a setting spray. The last couple of days I sprayed this over my mineral powder foundation, and it set it wonderfully. It gave my skin a little hint of dewiness that worked so well with the texture of my makeup. I love trying to use a product as many ways as possible, and so far I've used this as a hydrator, setter, toner, subtle fragrance in my hair, and a pillow spray all in a short time. It's so versatile, and I'm sure I'll come up with even more ways to use it. I love the bottle/label, it's so feminine and looks pretty to display on your counter. The amber glass is nice quality and practical. The mister is generous and strong, gives good coverage, and the paper packaging is gorgeous too (would make a beautiful gift for the holidays) The price is totally reasonable for the quality, and little will go a long way. Though, I'm already planning on buying another bottle. Also, complete bonus, it's cruelty free!
