Good product so far just installed on my 2006 Gmc Serria 1500

This product looks to small compared to other brands. But it is the correct fit and part for GMC 2500hd 4x4 trucks . Stop overthinking it and just install the parts or tell your mechanic it's correct and install them !! Fits perfect and as it should and better quality than the ones I got from local parts store.

These are very good quality but after trashing 2 sets of them trying to get them into my 2007 Chevy 2500 a-arms (even after making a press tool) I ended buying new a-arms. The installation is the tricky part!

You have to really use a shop press but maybe you could get by with a screw type ball join press. The trick is to put silicon grease all over the rubber part so that it does not bind up while installing -and go slow. You also have to keep it very straight going in. Once it gets started going straight in then you can crank it faster to get it all the way in.

Great just installed them myself I just bought a press to install them I read they are a beast so I got a cheap one they went in early at that point seem to be a get product

I was able to carefully press in the old ones out with a bottle jack, block of wood sockets and some grease. I did not need to burn them out (thankfully). I decided to replace these while my 04 Duramax suspension was all torn apart for complete rebuild. I saved a lot of money not having to buy a complete lower control arm. A complete lower control arm is significantly more expensive than upper control arm. And it is not worth the complete replacement like the upper control arms. With some elbow grease and tools, you can install it and it will fit fine once it's squished in the bore. Like many other reviews stated, they do fit. Although they might look shorter when comparing to the old ones before installation.

ok So this time the ones I received looked like the same by fit they were just a little work to get in all in all worth the work for the money

Did not fit my truck. Only fits 2003 and up silverado 2500HD 4x4. Info from Moog.
