Flavor isn’t great, but benefits are worth it.
I have major female hormonal issues. One of the suggested treatments is upping b vitamins. Since starting these I have felt better than I have in years. The taste/flavor is terrible. It also has gotten a little chunky since sitting. I struggle swallowing it, but the way it makes me feel is 100% worth it. I take it sublingual for better absorption. I will be buying this again.

Great Product!
My doctor told me to take plenty of vitamin B, so I researched which one to take. I decided to try Pure Mountain Botanicals B Complex. I like the fact that it is made here in the United States, is fast absorption, and is sweetened with Stevia, instead of sugar (as I am pre-diabetic). It also has great raspberry flavor which makes taking liquid vitamins pleasant. The first day of taking this I had improved energy that lasted all day, and felt great! Will definitely order this again!

Liquid Vitamin B Complex
With all the strange anecdotes to combat COVID-19, taking a vitamin B-complex is essential. I don't eat breads or cereals much, but I do some grains. I like the extra energy I get and my stylist commented on how my hair has grown out since my last cut. So, I am good on this product.

As someone who needs mega doses of B12 throughout each day due to absorption issues, it’s really nice to find a stevia sweetened, non-bitter way to take it. The bonus folic acid is perfect for me along with all the other water-soluble B vitamins. I’ve tried lots of other brands and would recommend Pure Mountain Botanical’s B complex/folic acid to anyone needing or just wanting a healthy, easily absorbed way of getting essential B vitamins + folic acid. Good stuff!
