Is the conditioner supposed to be sudsy? The bottle I got appears to be shampoo instead of conditioner.

Do you have both the shampoo and conditioner? The shampoo liquid is more of a pale, shiny light green; the conditioner is a thicker creamy white. I wouldn't say the conditioner gets sudsy, exactly, but it might feel that way if you use too much. My hair is thin and fine and a few inches below my shoulders, and I use a little over a teaspoon of it to cover my hair. By the way, if you are combatting thinning hair, after trying several products over the years this is the first one that is working for me, in combination with collagen powder I mix with food.
