Not directly, it requires a SIP service. Digital Voice service is converted to a standard telephone line at your RG

Can an elderly person use this in a nursing home that has WiFi?

This was not a dependable WiFi phone for us. Maybe our wifi isn't the best or something but I would recommend this more for a techy owner that is ready to change settings when needed.

Will the phone work with Net2Phone siptrunking service?

this should work with any SIP service and maybe other types of services but not sure specifically for net2phone.

Will this use UCM6202 or there's central unit that will need to be connected?

It should connect to UCM6202 just fine. I had my unit connected up to a internet based VoIP service, no middle box or anything, straight from the phone to WIFI.
