The quality of the gowns Exceeded my expectations. For me, the hospital gowns are not scratchy and wash well. I appreciate the roomy style with the two separate pairs of ties sewn in the back and spaced apart to accommodate different sizes.

These gowns were a little stiff (I am fussy about softness) but softened up with just a few runs through the washer. I always wash new items first anyway, and with somes ill there is always tons of wash - so throwing them in with other loads a few times wasn't a big deal. After that they were soft. They are not fashionable, but if the goal is keeping a person clean and comfortible, these make the task easier. I like this cotton blend. The fabric is sturdy, not too thick or too thin. At this price point it is easy to keep a stack ready for use.
