The product is good service isn’t
The product is a good product. But you thought it’s okay to send me a product which has been clearly used? Its got teeth marks on it and brown bits of fluff. 0/5.

One of my cats has long hair and hates being brushed, so has often gotten matted and has needed to he taken to the vet for sedation and shaving, which isn't great for his health, my bank or nice for him if it's getting colder. Regular brushes just pulled at his fur and he would bite and scratch to get away and nothing helped. I bought this thinking I probably won't have any more luck with it, but am actually so pleased. It cuts through the knots and pulls out all the excess fur with ease and minimal pulling. Even though he still doesn't enjoy being brushed with it, I can get more strokes in before he tries to leave and it's actually working rather than just brushing the fur on top and doing nothing to the knots underneath. If you have a pet who gets knots then definitely get this!

My wife and I rescue and rehabilitate Irish Wolfhounds. Not an easy breed to raise and properly care for. That is why they are given up for adoption even as early as six months of age (and 60 lbs.). They are a wonderful, gentle breed who love their families yet act as a deterrent to those who might do you harm. Well worth the sacrifice on our part. Probably the hardest part of repetitive care is keeping their coats clump free, clean, and attractive. Piper, our 120 lb female, has a scraggly brindle coat that is easy to run a brush through. Unfortunately she doesn't like the process so it takes the two of us making her feel secure while we attend to business. Finnegan is a 180 lb male with an extensive undercoat. The two coats combined with his large body size make grooming him a long project. And of course both of them live for chasing squirrels and rabbits, and runs in the mud puddles after it rains. So we don't expect them to remain clean for long. After researching a ton of brushes, combs and assorted mat removing tools, I settled on this Pet Grooming Tool. It makes removing all but the most difficult mats easy, pulls out dead hair better than plucking, has an ergonomic grip for my arthritic hands, and has two sides with different numbers of tines to fine tune your grooming. Use the large tooth side (with 9 teeth) first for the tougher mats and tangles and the 17 teeth side for your thinning and deshedding. Getting all of the dead hair off them brings back the shine to their coats. This is the best tool that we've found in 40 years of dog ownership. You won't be disappointed. And if for some reason you are, the company will give you a full refund.

My cats don't really like to be brushed so I've never been able to get their thick undercoat out before with other brushes. this brush gets so much downy undercoat it looks like fur from a differnt cat. It works so well I have to put them on a towel to contain the fur. They don't resist brushing with this like they have other ones and seems to feel comfortable for them.
