Received it in above condition, requested return but nothing has been done, even called helpline and was promised it will be picked up but nothing, it been around 20 days

It's my first time using an earthen pot for cooking and i can assure you that it's really easy to use n maintain. The flavours n aroma changed drastically once i started using it. It's a blessing. And the craftsmanship is amazing. Kudos to the team!
