This product is a complete waste of money. It had no effect on me whatsoever. I literally gave this company free money. I took two a pills a day for 2 weeks and i noticed nothing at all. not to mention, the bottle had this awful smell anytime i opened it. This could be one of the worst things i have ever purchased in my life..

Has genuinely helped sleep. Took accidentally before bed one and was wired. I just hadn't read directions well. Have tried melatonin before, but I find this works better. Recommend : )
