How do I tell when it expires?

I don't think it has an expiration date because it doesn't contain fluoride. Here's what I found on google: "The ADA now requires any toothpaste containing fluoride to carry an expiration date. Typically it is two years after the manufacture date. Now, while using expired toothpaste may not be as bad as say, drinking expired milk, it is probably best not to use it past the expiration date. Here’s why:The fluoride in the toothpaste becomes less effective as it does not bind well to tooth enamel, thus it loses its ability to brush away the bacteria in the mouth and protect against cavities.."It doesn't have any fluoride, so it's a moot point.

is the new tooth paste with seal or not?

While there, indeed, is not a seal on each unit (it is not compulsory in the EU where it is manufactured since the product does not contain Fluoride), there is a tremendous amount of due diligence given to ensuring its consistency, quality and safety, both at the manufacturing facility (which meets and exceeds FDA GMP guidelines) and here. Marvis goes straight from the production line, into sealed shipping cartons, to its U.S. warehouse. There, after thorough inspection to ensure no cartons have been opened, it is shipped straight to Amazon, then straight to you. Hope this helps!

The consistency is a little firmer than regular toothpaste and it doesn’t froth up as much but rinses just the same. Great taste
