My purchase was used when it was open and also was registered. Hence, I couldn’t do much with it and can’t activate the product.

Fails to connect to the door lock
Faulty product. Does not connect to the door lock and no reset functionality

Poor product quality!
The product feels very cheap to use. Also, the reliability is low. The one which I purchased went bad within 15 days. It took another 7 days to get the replacement. After replacement, the installation has to be done by ourselves. I would advise to stay away from this product.

Gone wrong
Stopped working after two months! At first i thought it was the batteries that died since i had installed the batteries that came with it initially. When i changed them the new batteries worked for a couple of hours then got super hot and the lock stopped working again. Thinking it was because of the batteries, i installed a third set and the same thing happened again! Update: Contacted amazon and they replaced the device.

Easy and effective
Really easy to install and connect to my Yale smart lock. Ideal for giving my son independence without worrying about a key getting lost. Also perfect to set up for anyone else without needing extra keys.

The Yale app can be slow to open the lock. So we bought this- works really well. Curious how well the keypad survives the sun in the summer….
