Can I use this as someone taller than 190cm?

I m 180 cm its enough for me.. but i suggest you don't buy this.. so we not comfortable for this.. and u need everytime helper for chest exercise.. if do doing workour with someone then its good.. little bit adjustment u if u purchase this.. and in decline bench its not perfect work... now its ur choice u purchse or not..
