Good and sharp!
Best to cut cucumber and radish. You need a little force when cutting carrots but still ok. This helps me a lot when I am making kimchi. Blades are really sharp, impressive but take extra careful when using it.

Its not sharp enough for hard veggies (potatoes, carrots ) you need to put in a lot of force, makes the whole process uncomfortable! The veggie holder its way too big for the palm and offers no grip while using
