MRM is an excellent quality supplement company. Health products take time to show the results we seek usually 3-6 months. So time will tell. Cordyceps has many qualities. I seek increased circulation to the entire body, especially brain function, however it is also known to assist wth cellular DNA repair through apoptosis and regeneration... With most supplements you're not going to notice any legitimate difference in taking a supplement. Either you're riding on the placebo of powerful marketing on a bunk product, or there's just a very tiny noticeable benefit but it's so small you constantly doubt if it's worth spending money on. Well Cordyceps is not one of those supplements. The best way I can describe it is a legitimate drug that increases the efficiency of your bodies ability to utilize oxygen and increase lung capacity. When you get those satisfying deep breaths, increase of energy/endurance, and a better mood to get stuff done it's clear as day it's the Cordyceps making the difference. Cordyceps has heaps of benefits; It's more then just for athletes. It's helped a lot with my depression. This brand is pretty good value there are much weaker brands selling for a lot more and some are a different species of Cordyceps or extracts that don't' contain the actual active ingredients of cordyceps. I take 3-4 caps at a time 1-2 times a day. The effects of Cordyceps seem to be around 4 hour max. You'll know when the cordyceps has worn off. I've heard of people developing tolerance so try to limit how much you take, unlike me who's eating them like candy and about to order an other batch.
