The product is non returnable - I received it with a hole in the packet and when I tried to return it I could not - It said' no return policy' and when i opened the packet it has black worms in it - it cannot be used -

This is NOT Basmati rice!
I am extremely disappointed with this product. The rice supplied is clearly an ordinary variety and does not appear to be genuine Basmati rice. Selling regular rice by falsely advertising it as Basmati rice is highly misleading and amounts to cheating customers. Customers are paying a premium price expecting genuine Basmati rice, but the product delivered is completely different from what was advertised. Please take this issue seriously, provide a genuine product as advertised, and stop misleading customers. I strongly recommend that the product quality and authenticity be investigated.
