Great Kettle
Really good looking kettle. Does what it is supposed to do. We bought the 2 slice toaster as well and now have a very nice looking retro combo.

Lovely kettle
Great looking kettle. 👌 Handle seems a bit flimsy as the bracket that the handle is attached to is plastic. It works perfectly so might not be am issue. Everything else is perfect

How can I replace it
As you see I bought it in April, it has been only 7 month and it got damaged, not working Am wondering the quality of smeg which has to last a lifetime as I heard

Smog Only one year
It was very good but after one year from smeg has water problem, every time hot or cold water leaking from smeg kettle. Now I can use properly or I can’t it throw away and I can’t return it either!

Works perfect, but very minimalistic view
No questions about its durability and work, its great. However, some photos did not match to the item I received (like no extra buttons or indicators).

I love the smeg look, I used to have a sky blue one and now a sand color. Hope this can last another 6 years!

For god sake, I purchased this from Amazon itself and I received it with the wrong plug! There was no information about the type of the plug and no image showing it. I purchased this from Australia and I trusted Amazon sends me the right product. I’m very frustrated as I don’t want to spend money to buy an adapter and it will not look good either. Not sure what I have to do with this product now 😞

It boils water like any other kettle but what a classic design. It’s part of a SMEG collection in my kitchen.

I have lusted after a Smeg kettle for years but never purchased as I felt it was way too expensive to justify buying one. However, I threw caution to the wind and ordered myself a pastel green model as it was on offer at a greatly reduced price here on Amazon. All I can say is why didn’t I buy one sooner. Now I know it’s only a kettle but. Wow- It is more beautiful than I expected and looks splendid in my kitchen. The build quality is excellent, it boils very quickly, is far quieter than any of my previous cheaper kettles. The soft touch lid opening is so easy to use, the handle is sturdy and easy for my arthritic wrist to lift. I am now a Smeg convert.

It’s SMEG what can I say. It looks beautiful. It is quite heavy to pour though which would be tricky for anyone with poor grip or with weaker wrists and arms. But I love it.
