Has anyone been able to store their SDS and two batteries in this thing?

One battery only I would think. Most SDS also have side handle fitted for comfort and most can’t do with removing the handle each packing away time.

Will this hold dewalt cordlesss grinder?

Yes. I bought it for the 18v flathead grinder. Holds the tool (with guard and battery off), guard, 4Ah battery, and a dozen cutting/grinding disks. If you carefully plan how to cut the insert.
